The Legacy of NEA Jazz Master David Baker in the MCG Jazz Spotlight

In this archive presentation, Marty Ashby is joined by special guest, Ken Kimery, the Jazz Program Director at the National Museum of American History at the Smithsonian.

They will be share music and stories of the legacy and talent of NEA Jazz Master, David Baker. Baker was a brilliant composer, musician, and arranger. Alongside being a talented artist, David Baker had a 50 year career in teaching jazz.
